We tested this item with a battery / power supply (ACA adapter(12V)).
It works normally.
*Tone knob slightly made a noise (crackle), but there is no problem in the performance.
This noise disappeared with a small amount of contact cleaner applied to each knob.
**ACA type CS-3 works properly with ACA adapter (12V type powre supply).
Please note that sound is distorted when used with PSA adapter (9V type).
All our pedals have been cleaned and sterilized including back plate.
