    Description

Pauls karts custom cam PKRPM3 camshaft
This cam fits : Tillotson 212 / 225 blocks , predator HEMI blocks and gx200 blocks
This cam is designed for big valve heads
This cam is welded and ground for strength and longevity
Designed from testing done with every cam we could test, compared graphs and then created a cam based off the best performers valve timing events and tweaked lift duration and centerline to create the best cam on the karting / mini bike scene to date. Big power long power and most power per rpm average
Out of all the cams on the market. Mid to top end screamer just keeps pulling, a gear change might be necessary to utilize the long rpm band fully.
This is the camshaft the works BEST with the 14cc big valve heads (it’s what I used during the testing . I recommend Using the Complete 14cc big valve I sell paired with a 28mm carb And the PKRPM3 camshaft to get the absolute most out of your engine those three items also make up the trilogy set I offer.
I don’t give out my cam specs but I do guarantee that when used with my heads (or an un milled head) there will be no piston to valve clearance issues. And recommend this cam to be used with 1.3 : 1 ratio rockers (we used 1.3 rockers during testing)
Checking piston to valve clearance is still a highly recommended part of engine building and always a really good practice just in general. Remember .080” piston to valve clearance and .030” piston to head are the minimum clearance’s so don’t run any engine that is below those measurements .. you can easily check these clearances with clay and a caliper .. there are videos on my you tube channel Paul’s karts .. this cam design pushes the limits and utilizes all the lift capability of the engine. If your head is milled Up to .030” then use 1.2 ratio rockers If head is milled up to .040” use 1.1 ratio. Best with unmilled 14cc head and 1.3 ratio rockers. And 28mm carb ( always preferably methanol Lol ) but works same on gas engines.
    Thank you
